Psychology Building
Ranked third in the nation for attracting research support, our Psychology department’s commitment to research and teaching is aided by the design of this building. Inside you’ll find computer labs, state-of-the-art laboratories, and ample meeting space. Our psychology students have the opportunity to assist in research alongside professors and graduate students in several areas of psychology, including clinical, cognitive, developmental, and performance management. Additionally, you’ll find the Barron B. Scarborough Historical Archives, which counts among its collections psychology research dating back to 1902 when H. Elmer Bierly created the first psychology lab in Florida on FSU’s campus.
