5621: Compiler Construction

This course serves as an introduction to compiling, elements of language theory, syntax-directed translation, lexical analysis, symbol tables, LR(k) parsing, intermediate code generation, code optimization, code generation, error detection and recovery. There are also a number of significant programming projects in this course.
